Why THE AXE PALACE Is A Great Place To Purchase Your Next Guitar
All items purchased from The Axe Palace are brand new, in pristine condition, and always complete with the full manufacturer's warranty. We keep all of our guitars fresh and protected securely in their hardshell cases at all times at our store. We always strive to provide the most honest and accurate descriptions of all our items. When we say something is new, it is brand new - not demo units, old stock, etc. All used or B-stock items will be clearly marked as such. This includes our amplifiers, cabinets, and accessories as well.
Of course, customers who visit our store are always welcome to try things out upon request, but after such an occasion, all guitars are promptly cleaned and returned to its case. We do not leave guitars hanging up on the wall for months at a time to collect dust, endure oxidization, or lose its 'new guitar smell'. While 99.9% of our guitars come setup perfectly from the factory, our certified tech/luthier will ensure everything is setup exactly to your custom specifications prior to shipping out.
We are also very passionate about what we do here and thus are extremely knowledgeable about all the products we carry. We always provide honest, insightful, and detailed advice to our customers. Because of this, we almost never receive requests for returns or exchanges. We'd rather 'get it right the first time', if you will. The Axe Palace has no interest in selling you a product that you will not love, even if that means recommending a product we do not carry.
Payment & Shipping Info
The Axe Palace accepts all major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We also accept PayPal, money orders, and bank wire transfers. We ship all guitars with FedEx Ground (domestic) or FedEx/USPS (international). If you would like to upgrade shipping to 3-day, 2-day, or overnight, contact us for a price estimate. If you would like us to use a different carrier this can be arranged as well. We do everything we can to help save customers money when importing goods, but ultimately we're not responsible for any customs or associated fees your country may assess. All items purchased from us ship out the day same if ordered before 2PM EST, except in cases where special work is requested by the customer (ie: setups, pickup changes, etc).
Returns & Exchanges
New items come with a 30 day exchange policy, which allows you to exchange the item for another item of equal or lesser value. If an item you want to exchange has a greater value, the difference must be paid to balance things out. For an exchange to be accepted, you must get an authorization from The Axe Palace by contacting us by phone or email. All items must be in their original condition with all the original packaging and included accessories, otherwise an exchange may be refused or a restocking fee issued. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer.
New items also allow for a 48 hour approval period, wherein you will be allowed to return the item for a full refund if you are dissatisfied for any reason. Refund does not include any shipping costs or associated fees. For an return to be accepted, you must get an authorization from The Axe Palace by contacting us by phone or email. All items must be in their original condition with all the original packaging and included accessories, otherwise the return may be refused or a restocking fee issued. All shipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer. For all used, B-stock, or discontinued items, no returns or exchanges will be allowed unless you receive special permission by us in writing prior to the sale.
